Welcome to Family and Community Partners "It Takes a FAMILY and COMMUNITY to Raise Our Children." We are a children and adolescent outpatient mental health service provider based in Quitman, Georgia. Our service area consists of South and North Georgia. Our multi–disciplinary team of professionals provides adolescents and their families with mental health treatment for issues that are causing distress in their lives. One of our goals is to reduce these stressors in the shortest time possible with the least amount of interruption in their life.
Our mission is to restore hope and a sense of competency by providing a family and community–based treatment approach to ensure quality services necessary to assist children and families lead a more fulfilled and successful life in their community.
